摘　　要：论文首先建立了建筑安全评价指标体系,将灰色理论和熵理论引入了建筑安全评价领域,利用二者的优点根据指标体系建立了建筑安全综合评价模型,通过对四个小高层施工现场的安全性进行评价,得出各施工现场人、机和环境的优劣排序,并提出了相应的改进措施。Firstly, the paper established a construction safety assessment system and introduced the grey theory and entropy theory into the construction safety assessment area. With the advantages of the above, the paper established a construction safety comprehensive assessment model according to the index system. With the assessment for the safety of the four small high building construction sites, the advantage and disadvantage list for the human, machine and environment at each construction site were obtained. The paper provided the related improved measures.
