摘　　要：在经历了各种理论的碰撞、融合与提升后,复杂适应系统的主体性概念正变得清晰。主体的概念不仅适合于有意识和情感的人,还适合于由异质要素组成的复杂适应系统。主体性的存在与实现是复杂适应系统之所以存在、之所以复杂、之所以适应的内在因素。复杂适应系统的主体性实现可以大致分为准备和执行两个阶段。准备阶段的表现特征是记忆和学习。执行阶段的表现形式是选择与适应。The subjectivity of complex adaptive system has become understood by all kinds of theories. The concept of subjectivity is not only adapted to understand the human being with awareness and feeling, but also adapted to the complex adaptive system composed of various factors. The subjective existence and accomplishment are the inner factors for the CAS’s existence, complexity and adaptability. The subjective existence of CAS can be divided into two phases: preparation and administration. The character of preparation phase is memory and study. And the character of administration phase is selection and adaptability.
