摘　　要：目的研究透明质酸钠(SH)粉雾剂对动物术后硬膜粘连的预防作用。方法建立兔椎板术后硬膜粘连模型后,随机分为3组,A组和B组分别给予SH粉雾剂和SH溶液,C组不用药,考察局部应用SH粉雾剂对预防术后硬膜粘连的作用。结果SH粉雾剂和溶液剂均可明显减少粘连的发生,且SH粉雾剂效果更显著。结论SH粉雾剂是一种有效的预防术后硬膜粘连的新剂型,值得进一步开发和应用。OBJECTIVE To study the prevention effect of sodium hyaluronate （SH） powder on post-operative dura adhesion. METHODS The dura adhesion model was set up by vertebral plate resection in rabbits. These rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. Group A was treated with SH powder,group B was treated with 1% SH solution and group C as control. The effect of SH powder on the prevention of post-operative adhesion was investigated. RESULTS Both SH powder and 1% SH solution significantly reduced the dura adhesion. SH powder was better than SH solution. CONCLUSION SH powder is a new preparation which is effective on the prevention of post-operative dura adhesion,so it deserves to be further developed and applied.
