摘  要:选用钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米抗菌和抗静电混合粒子进行了表面修饰,并用透射电镜、接触角和红外光谱三种方法进行了表征,将经修饰的粒子与聚丙烯共混并熔融纺丝,考察了其纺丝及拉伸性能。The surface organic modification of nano-antimicrobial and nano-antistatic agents with titanate coupling reagent, then the nano-particle is observed and investigated with the aid of TEM and contact angle dataphysics and FTIR. PP is through melt-spinning process then antibacterial and antistatic fibers are produced by melt spinning the blends of polypropylene and the antimicrobial agents and the antistatic agents. The tensile and spinning properties of the polypropylene fibers are researched.
