桔梗汤中药复方合YAG激光治疗咽性咳80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察桔梗汤中药复方合YAG激光治疗咽性咳的疗效。方法:将80例咽性咳炎患者随机分成桔梗汤中药复方合YAG激光治疗组(以下简称治疗组,40例),和YAG激光治疗对照组(以下简称对照组,40例)。治疗1周后,比较治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为87.5%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组疗程比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:临床观察发现桔梗汤中药复方合YAG激光治疗有助于改善咽性咳临床症状,提高疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of throat cough treated by Jugeng Tcm Compound Recipe （JTCR） combined with YAG-laser（YL）. Methods： 80 cases with throat cough,were randomly divided into treated group（treaded by JTCR and YL,40 cases）, and control group（treaded by YL,40 cases）. A week later,the therapeutic effects on throat cough were compared between two groups. Results： The clinical efficacy in the treated group was 100 %, compared with the control group（87.5 % ）, the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05）. The curative duration of the treated group was significant shorter than the other（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： JTCR combined with YL could improve the clinical symptoms and shortem the curative duration in treating throat cough.
