摘 要:目的通过对护理排班方法进行改革,充分挖掘现有护理人力资源的潜力,使整体护理的各项程序得以落实。方法实施护士长-责任护士-辅助护士-助理护士层级管理,责任护士每人负责11~13张病床病人的护理计划,完成各种治疗、护理措施,负责病人的健康知识宣教等工作,3个月为1周期。结果保证了护理工作的连续性、系统性,医、护、患关系融洽,病人的满意度及护理质量得到提高。结论科学的排班方法能充分利用现有的护理人力资源,达到最佳的护理管理目标。Objective To reform the nurse schedule,in order to make full use of the potentiality of nursing resources and put all the nursing procedures into effect. Methods The class management system including head nurse - charge nurse - assistant nurse - nurse aids was implemented. Each charge nurse took in charge of 11 - 13 patients by turn every three months. Results This practice ensured the continuity and systematism of nursing care,harmonized nurse - client - doctor relationship,increased patients' satisfaction and improved the quality of nursing. Conclusion Scientific nurse schedule can make full use of nursing resources and achieve optimum objectives of nursing management.
