摘　　要：目的建立并实施经外周置人中心静脉导管的安全管理制度。方法2001—2005年对骨肿瘤科300例住院化疗病人进行PICC导管置人术，并实施了PICC导管安全使用的认知、操作、维护、出院教育等各项安全管理制度。结果留置PICC导管的护理安全管理程序化、专业化。结论安全管理制度的建立与实施，保证了留置PICC导管的安全使用，提高了病人的生活质量。Objective To establish and implement the safety management system for patients with PICC. Methods From year 2001 to year 2005 ,the safety management system of PICC cognition, placement, maintenance and discharge education was established and implemented for 300 patients with PICC in orthopaedic oncology department. Result This practice made the safety management of patients with PICC procedural and professional. Conclusion The establishment and implementation of safety management system ensured the security of patients with PICC and improved the patients＇ life quality.
