贞芪扶正胶囊合复方斑蝥胶囊治疗晚期胃肠道肿瘤临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察贞芪扶正胶囊联合复方斑蝥胶囊治疗晚期胃肠道肿瘤的疗效、不良反应及KPS评分。方法:观察组35例用贞芪扶正胶囊及复方斑螫胶囊、对照组32例用卡培他滨或替加氟治疗,3个月为一疗程,1～2个疗程进行评价。结果:观察组有效率25．7％,对照组有效率25．0％,两组比较无明显差异(P>0．05)。观察组各类血细胞减少、恶心呕吐的发生均明显少于对照组(P<0．05)。观察组反映患者生活质量指标KPS评分明显高于对照组(P<0．05)。结论:贞芪扶正胶囊联合复方斑蝥胶囊治疗晚期胃肠道肿瘤疗效和西药口服化疗药物比较无明显差异,能明显改善患者的生活质量,且毒副作用较小。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy, side effect and KPS scale of Zhenqifuzhen Capsules in the combination Fufangbanmao Caspsules in the treatment of advanced Gas -colorectal cancer. Method：35 patients received Zhenqifuzhen Capsules 4#, bid, po and Fufangbanmao Capsules 3 #, bid, po. Another 32 patients as control group only received Tegafur 600mg/d or Capecitabine 1300mg/d, dl - 21/m. q3m for 1 - 2 cycle. Result ： The effective rates were 25.7% vs 25.0% （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The occurrence of main toxicity was lower than the control group, especially in pacytopenia, nausea and vomiting （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The KPS scale was observed in Zhenqifuzhen Capusles group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conciusion： Zhenqifuzhen Capsules in the combination Fufangbanmao Capsules in no more effective than the control group. But Zhenqifuzhen Casules in the combination Fufangbanmao Capsules can decrease the occurrence of toxicity and improve the life quality.
