摘　　要：智能交通管理与信息服务系统在统一的平台下,通过数据融合、分析和处理,为不同层次的用户主体提供信息服务和辅助决策支持。信息的集中处理,分发共享带来的安全风险在平台化的建设过程中日益突出,孤立、单一和附加的网络安全系统不能满足客观需求。文中在分析可信网络的原理和应用的基础上,提出了可信智能交通可信安全网络的概念,描述了其安全机制的原理和网络拓扑结构,并定义了智能交通可信网络的主要网元的功能。ITS transportation management and information service platform realize the data sharing and improved the efficiency under the uniform platform. The existing isolated and add-on secure systems of internet are confronting some serious challenges from ITS network. The concept of ITS trustworthy network security was proposed based on analyzing the principle and application of the trustworthy network. The security mechanism and network topology were described. The main elements＇ functions of the network were also defined.
