摘　　要：结合科研和教学实际,根据现有项目分散管理的特点、项目数据的格式以及办公系统的现状和管理的要求,基于动态服务器页面ASP(active server pages)和结构化查询语言SQL(structured query language)网络技术,采用三层网络结构模型,开发、实现了支持多用户、多进程的道路交通规划项目信息管理平台。With consideration of the dispersive management statement of transportation planning project and the multiplex data format, a transportation planning project information management platform was designed according to research and teaching. It had a three-layer network structure based on the network techonogies including ASP （active server pages） and SQL （structured query language）, supporting mutil-user, and multi-process.
