总承包中的深化设计管理研究

摘　　要：国内推行的建设项目总承包尚未与国际完全接轨,许多大型项目的设计都是由国外进行初步设计,由国内总承商深化设计后才能进行施工,这种设计模式存在一定的问题。本文从承包商角度论述了深化设计的管理内容、方法以及深化设计的项目管理体系,并针对工程总承包中存在的深化设计问题,提出了应对措施和建议。Lump-sum construction contracting in China has no complete access of the international construction project. Because preliminary design or concept design of some large-scale construction project is done commonly by foreign designers, and the shop drawing, directing construction building, is actualized by domestic designers, there exist some issues in this design model. From the.view of contractor, the paper discussed the contents, methods and system of the shop drawing project management. For solving the troubles exited, some advices and measures were given in the end.
