摘　　要：房地产业是拉动我国经济增长的重要产业,但目前我国对房地产市场经济指标的研究方法中,定性研究多,定量研究少。本文对北京市房地产市场的现状进行了分析,利用计量经济学的方法对北京市房地产市场进行了定量研究,并对2007年北京市房地产的发展趋势进行了预测。Real estate industry plays a key role in improving China＇s economic growth, but in the research approach, more attention is paid in qualitative research but not quantitative research. Therefore, the paper analyzes quantitatively the present status of Beijing real estate market by the econometric model, and forecasts the trend of development in 2007.
