摘　　要：安全成本优化和控制是建筑施工企业安全成本管理的重要内容。本文首先进行了建筑施工企业安全成本的定义及分类,阐述了建立建筑施工企业安全成本优化和控制的基本理论依据,分析了建筑施工企业安全成本优化和控制存在的问题,并提出了建筑施工企业安全成本优化和控制的策略构想。The optimization and control of safety cost is very important for cost management in construction enterprises. First, this article defines and classifies safety cost, and expounds the basic principle of optimization and control of safety cost in construction enterprises. Second, this article analyzes the problems of optimization and control of safety cost in construction enterprises. Finally, the tactics are suggested for optimization and control of safety cost in construction enterprises.
