陇中黄土丘陵地区农村生活能源资源潜力的估算和利用结构分析——以通渭县李店乡祁咀村为例

摘　　要：陇中黄土丘陵地区农村生活能源的短缺严重影响了生态环境的改善。本文根据在通渭县李店乡祁咀村的问卷调查,估算了一个村域农村生活能源资源潜力和实际消费量,分析了能源消费结构。结果表明,目前该村人均每年实际消费能源489.5kg标煤,4.2口之家年消费能源2.061 t标煤,可满足农户的基本需求;自产能源占总能源的54.98%,不能满足需求;商品能源的使用对于转变用能结构起到积极作用,但增加了农户的经济支出;生物质能占用能总量的一半,煤炭也有较大比重,对生态环境的负面影响大,清洁能源的比例少;炊事、取暖用能作为维持生存的基本需求,占用能的绝大部分,表明当地用能水平较低、用能结构不合理。研究认为,积极开发农村生活能源、促进能源结构的转变,对生态保护和小康建设都具有重要的意义。Shortage of rural household energy seriously affects eco-environment in the loess hilly region of Gansu province where soil erosion is serious and rural population live a harsh livelihood. Taking the Qizuei village of Tongwei county as a case, this paper estimated the potential of energy resources and actual energy consumption of rural households in the village, and analyzed consumption structure of energy through theoretic modeling and questionnaire survey. Results indicate that there is a higher potential in local energy resources, but their utilization ratio is limited. The potential of bio-fuel resources （fuel grass, straw and animal dung） is 2 364.93tce. The factual consumption is 724.43 tce, accounting for 30.63% of the potential. Solar energy resources that can be exploited by solar stove are 147.1 tce. The factual use 76.54 tce, accounting for 52.03 % of the potential. Commercial energy （coal, gas and electricity） that households consume under payment now are 655.88 tce. Each person consumed actually 489.5kgce per year and each family with 4.2 persons consumed 2.061tce per year, which may meet the basic demand of a household. Based on resources attribute, the structure of energy consumption is analyzed as follows： 1 ）Self-producing resources with 54.98% of the total consumption energy couldn＇t meet demand of households. The commercial energy with 45.02 % of the total plays the positive role to the conversion of energy structure, but it increases economic expenditure of household; 2）Bio-fuel accounts for 48.79% of the total of energy consumption, coal 38.13% of the total, cleanliness energy only 13.07%. This structure has a serious impact on ecological environment;3）The energy used for cooking and heating accounts for 94.4% of the total. The energy use for lighting and household appliance occupies only 5.6 %. This shows that the level of energy use in the study area is low and the structure of energy consumption is reasonless.
