摘 要:本文提出了利用耕地基尼系数定量评价区域耕地质量差异的方法和其理论依据。以广东省南方稻田耕地地力评价结果为例,结合其他指标对研究区域的耕地质量空间差异进行了实证分析,并根据耕地基尼系数值利用SPSS软件聚类分析模块将研究区域的稻田耕地质量分为4级以显示各市水稻田质量差异程度,然后文章提出耕地洛伦茨曲线的优化,最后文章对广东省南方稻田耕地质量差异实证分析进行总结,并对耕地基尼系数的相对性和变化幅度的微小性进行了讨论。研究结果表明运用耕地基尼系数对区域耕地质量差异进行定量评价的方法简单快捷,为区域耕地质量差异程度的研究提供了一种新思路,对全面区域耕地质量状况和消除耕地质量差异程度宏观政策全面提高耕地质量具有一定的研究意义。This paper explores the method and theory of the cultivated land Gini Coefficient to quantitatively evaluate the difference of the regional cultivated land quality. The result of paddy land capacity in cities of Guangdong province was taken as an example, with other indexes the difference of the regional cultivated land quality was valuated by using the cluster analysis model of the SPSS software. The regional paddy land quality in cities of Guangdong province was divided into four classes to express the difference degrees of their cultivated land qualities, which are based on their computed results of regional cultivated land Gini Coefficient. This paper put forward the theory of optimizing he cultivated land Lorentz Curve, summarized the empirical study in difference of the cultivated land qualities of the paddy land capacity in Guangdong Province cities and discussed the main characters of relativity of cultivated land Gini Coefficient, which can not fully reflect the difference of the cultivated land quality and the the limitation of the change scope of the cultivated land Gini Coefficient computed results, which are both raised at the last of the paper. The cultivated land Gini Coefficient is simple and convenient in quantitatively evaluating the difference of the regional cultivated land quality. So this method is meaningful to improve the quality of the whole regional cultivated land by studying the present situation of the regional Cultivated land quality and working out macro-policy to enhance per unit area yield of the cultivated land and eliminate the difference of the regional cultivated land quality.
