摘 要:我国的大遗址保护是从上世纪90年代后期才开始的,多数大遗址的保护工作及其研究尚处于初级阶段。近年来,快速城市化作用使得我国的文化遗产尤其是那些受城市发展直接冲击的城郊型大遗址在文物保护与地区发展之间产生矛盾,由于利益的驱动,遗址区内居民土地利用活动对遗址产生的破坏日益严重。本文对汉长安城历史遗址区土地利用风险进行了分析,基于风险形成过程所显示的空间特征,运用引力模型,模拟出了用地单元对遗迹的空间影响作用。在此基础上,通过模型的推导与演绎,构建了遗址区内地块单元风险计算模型,利用GIS空间分析技术,计算出了不同地块单元的风险值。结果显示,遗址区土地利用风险存在区域差异,并与遗迹分布密度和土地利用强度密切相关。The large-scale ruin refers to cultural heritages; remain of relics and ancient mausoleums which have extremely great scale and cultural value. The area they occupied is often ranged from several hectares to several square kilometers. The protection of great ruin in China have started since the late 1990s, most protection work and its research have still been in the elementary stage. In recent years, rapid process of urbanization and urban renovation project has brought lots of conflicts and threat to the great ruin which is in the suburb, which makes the relic protection and city development a big problem. In the historic sites, development and improper use of land have caused various damages to historical remains. In this paper, a risk analysis is given to the different kinds of land use in Han Chang' an historic sites. In order to evaluate spatial-effect of land use in historic relic sites, the following three factors are selected on the base of on-the-spot investigation and the theoretic hypothesis: hazard coefficient of land use, the area of historical remains and the distance between land unit and remains. According to the Gravitational Model a Risk Computation Model of land unit in remains is built. By means of space analysis technology of GIS, Value-at- Risk of diverse units of land use is figured out. In the end a conclusion is made that regarding risk degree there are differences between diverse units of land use, which is closely related with the distribution density of remains and land use intensity. The result show that risk analysis of land use of large historic sites is important and conductive to the planning of ruin protection and has directive significance for the policy making of local resident relocation and land use.
