摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的大功率高精度电致冷温控仪。该仪器采用AD590作温度传感器，并用半导体电致冷器ThC加热和冷却被控器件，其结构简单、控温精度高、功耗低、线性好，适用于半导体激光器的温度控制及其它需要恒温工作的部件。This paper introduces a new-typed electrically cooled temperature controller with high-power and high - accuracy. The controller uses AD590 as the temperature transducer and uses semiconductor electrical cooler TEC to heat and cool the controlled elements. Being simple in structure, high in control accuracy, Low in power comsumption and good in linearity, the controller is applied for the temperature control of semiconductor laser and similiar applications.
