摘 要:分别在磷酸盐和硅酸盐两种体系中研究了不同稀土元素对镁合金微弧氧化的影响。结果表明,提高钕盐浓度可以改善氧化膜的外观、厚度和耐蚀性能。镁合金浸泡在稀土盐溶液中表面能形成稀土转化膜。用稀土转化膜取代镁合金表面的自然氧化膜进行微弧氧化处理,获得的陶瓷层分布更加均匀,表面更为光滑致密。用5%NaCl溶液浸泡48h的对比腐蚀试验表明,用稀土盐溶液浸泡预处理过的试样耐蚀性显著加强。The effect of different rare earth elements on the morphology and corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation coatings on magnesium alloy was!investigated.Thus the influence of neodymium salt concentration on the morphology,thickness,and corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation coatings on magnesium alloy was highlighted.The results showed that rare earth conversion was formed on the surface of the Mg alloy after immersing in rare earth slat solution,and the increase in the concentration of the neodymium salt was beneficial to improving the morphology and corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation coating,and increasing the thickness of the coating on the Mg alloy as well.Moreover,as compared with the conventional micro-arc oxidation coating on Mg alloy surface,the micro-arc oxidation coating formed on the Mg alloy surface subjected to conversion with rare earth salt solution was more smooth and compact and had better homogenous distribution.The corrosion test in 5%NaCl aqueous solution for a duration of 48 h indicated that the Mg alloy after being treated with rare earth salt solution had greatly increased corrosion resistance than the one without treatment of rare earth conversion.
