摘  要:采用低温液相沉积法,在青铜表面制备了TiO2薄膜。利用台阶式测厚仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、X光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等测试手段对薄膜的厚度、表面形貌、表面元素的化学状态和晶型进行了表征;并在紫外光照射下,通过甲基橙的降解,评价了沉积薄膜的光催化活性。试验结果表明,37℃下沉积16h制得的TiO2薄膜表面均匀平整,不经热处理即已部分晶化为锐钛矿相,且具有较好的光催化活性。TiO2 films were prepared on bronze using liquid phase deposition(LPD) at low temperature.The thickness,morphology,chemical composition,and crystal structure of the deposited films were characterized by means of step profilometry,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and X-raydiffraction(XRD).At the same time,the photocatalytic activity of the TiO2 films was evaluated making use of the degradation test of methyl orange in water solution under UV irradiation.The results showed that the TiO2 films deposited on the bronze at 37 ℃ for a duration of 16 h were smooth and uniform,and were mainly composed of anatase phase and had good photocatalytic activity as well.
