摘 要:采用等离子喷涂方法在0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢基体上制作分别含有不同含量Ag-Zn无机抗菌剂的涂层。X射线衍射(XRD)测试分析表明:涂层中的Ag-Zn无机抗菌剂为ZnO2、Ag2O2和Ag2SO4;涂层对大肠杆菌ATCC8099和金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538的抗菌性能表明:含Ag-Zn无机抗菌剂的磷酸钙涂层具有优异的抗菌性能,随涂层中Ag-Zn无机抗菌剂含量的增加和涂层与细菌作用时间的延长,涂层的抗菌率提高。The calcium phosphate coatings containing 1.0%,3.7%,and 5.0% silver-zinc inorganic antibacterial agents have been prepared on the surface of stainless steel using plasma spraying method.The phase compositions of the resulting antibacterial coatings were analyzed using X-ray diffraction.At the same time,the antibacterial capacity of the titled antibacterial coatings for Escherichia coli ATCC 8099 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 was primarily investigated.It was found that the silver-zinc inorganic antibacterial agent in the coatings was mainly composed of ZnO2,Ag2O2,and Ag2SO4.The antibacterial coatings had excellent antibacterial effect for Escherichia coli ATCC 8099 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538,and their antibacterial capability increased with increasing content of silver-zinc inorganic antibacterial agent and the action time of the coating as well.
