白芍总苷联合来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察白芍总苷（total glucosides of paeony，TGP）联合来氟米特（leflunomide，LEF）治疗类风湿性关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）的疗效。方法：TGP每次0．3g，3次／天口服，1周后增至0．6g，2次／天；LEF 50mg／d，3天后改为10—20mg／d；泼尼松5—10mg／d。3—6个月。治疗8周后检测晨僵时间、关节肿痛数目、握力、血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、类风湿因子（RF）等指标，并对6—12个月后的X光片进行对比观察。结果：随访18个月。TGP联合LEF治疗RA患者晨僵时间、关节肿痛数目、握力、ESR、CRP、RF等均较治疗前改善（P〈0．01），不良反应少。通过6～12个月的x线片对比发现关节损害无明显进展。结论：TGP联合LEF治疗RA能稳定病情，对关节滑膜及骨质破坏起到较好的保护作用。Objective：To investigate the prostecdtive efficacy of total glucosides of paeony （TGP） combined with leflunomide（LEF） in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Methods：Forty cases of RA were treated with TGP combined with LEF and followed up for 18 months. The registered indexes including the time of morning stiffness, the number of swelling joints, grip strength, erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR） ,C-reactive protein（CRP） and blood rheumatoid factor（RF） were examined 8 weeks after treatment. The X- ray plates of 6 - 12 months after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results：After treatment, the registered indexes were greatly improved,while the degree of joints impairment was similar. TGP plus LEF was effective for treatment of RA with little side-effect. Conclusions：TGP combined with LEF can delay the progression of RA and provide protection for sclerotin and synovium of joint.
