摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会,必须以不断发展的马克思主义的外商直接投资理论为指导来统筹国内发展与对外开放的关系,科学地开展外资工作。因此,系统梳理马克思、列宁和邓小平的外商直接投资理论,对于科学利用外资壮大社会主义经济和促进社会主义和谐社会的实现意义重大。The writer argues that in the context of construction of social harmony the ideological work in the foreign invested companies should be in line with the Marxist foreign direct investment, which may further guide their domestic development and overseas relations. The paper hence performs a systematic study of the theories by Marx, Lenin, and Deng Xiaoping concerning the foreign direct investment in China for the sake of improving the socialist economy and construction of the social harmony eventually.
