摘　　要：介绍了注射模热流道的结构及几种常用材料的热性能数据,分析了几种热流道喷嘴的热膨胀量。举例说明了喷嘴、流道板和喷嘴轴线方向的热补偿的计算方法,可为精密热流道注射模的设计提供参考。The structure of hot runners in injection moulds and the hot property data of some usual materials were introduced. The thermal expansion amount of several kinds of hot runner spray nozzle was analyzed. The method for calculating the thermal compensation for nozzle, sprue-runner plate and nozzle in axial direction was illustrated.
