助剂对分散染料在PTT混纺织物中纤维素组分沾色的影响

摘　　要：研究了分散染料对棉沾色的一些机理,发现分散染料在高温条件下单分子状态对棉沾色起到了很大作用;并对常规助剂进行了筛选,发现NNO和磺化农乳600具有较好的防沾色效果,为提高其性能,对这两种助剂分别与其他添加剂进行了复配,结果表明:质量比m(磺化农乳600):m(吐温85)∶m(司盘60)为9:2:1时效果较好;并用增溶性能对结果进行了表征.The cotton contamination mechanism by disperse dyes was studied. The disperse dyes in monomolecular state were found to play an important role in the color contamination of cotton at high temperatures. After choosing, NNO and sulfonated agroemulsion-600 possessed preferable effect. In order to enhance their performance, they are cross compounded with other assistants, respectively. The results demonstrated that good effects could be obtained at sulfonated agroemulsion-600：Tween 85：Span 60=9：2：1. The results were analyzed from their solubilization performance.
