摘　　要：目的:探讨肝脏移植患者围手术期的麻醉管理。方法:选择终末期肝病患者23例,在0.75%罗哌卡因持续硬膜外阻滞复合吸入低浓度异氟醚全麻下行肝脏移植手术,术中严密监测各项生理参数及生化指标。结果:23例手术、麻醉效果均稳定可靠,术后无麻醉并发症。结论:细致、周密的监测,及时、合理的处理是肝脏移植手术麻醉成功的重要保证。Methods ： We selected under epidural blocka isoflurane ）. Results Objective： To investigate anesthesia management in liver transplantation surgery. 23 cases of liver disorder at advanced stage, the liver transplantation was performed de （0. 75% Ropivacaine ） combining with general anesthesia （ lower concentration ： Reliable and satisfying anesthetic effect was achieved in all 23 cases without postoperative complication. Conclusion： The perquisite for a successful anesthesia during liver transplantation includes strict monitor and appropriate management.
