摘 要:以主要采集于甘肃、陝西、四川等不同生态条件下的28份野生天蓝苜蓿Medicago lupulina生态型和2种栽培一年生蒺藜苜蓿M.trunculata、蜗牛苜蓿M.scuttelata为材料,用0.3%、0.5%、0.7%和0.9%NaCl溶液进行盐胁迫处理,观察记录处理5、10、15 d的盐害程度;以0.5%作为抗盐指标测定的处理浓度,分别测定胁迫前和胁迫1、5、9 d的超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)的含量,运用隶属函数法筛选评价它们的抗盐性。结果表明:青海循化、贵州花溪、四川简阳、四川剑阁4个生态型和蒺藜苜蓿耐盐性最好,居参试类型的前五位;蜗牛苜蓿居16位,其耐盐性属参试30份材料的中间类型;天蓝苜蓿各生态型的耐盐性存在较大的差异,临夏甘南和天水生态型是甘肃省内耐盐性较强的两大类型。Salt tolerance of 28 ecotypes of black medics, 2 accessions of Medicago scuttelat and M. trunculata was tested at seedling stage by 0.3% ,0. 5% ,0. 7% and 0. 9% NaCl salinity. The damage was measured at 5, 10 and 15 d after the treatment. The content of SOD, MDA, Proline before and after 1,5 and 9 d of 0. 5% salinity stress was measured, subjection function was used to assess their salt tolerance. The results showed that Qinghai Xunhua, barrel medic, Guizhou Huaxi, Sichuan Jianyang and Sichuan Jiange were the most salt tolerant; snail medic ranked 16th, in the middle of the 30 materials. Great difference in salt resistance was observed among wild black medics; ecotypes from lingxia, Gannan and Tianshui were the salt tolerant germplasm in Gansu province.
