摘 要:目的:研究九牛造根中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和葡聚糖凝胶柱层析分离纯化技术,通过理化性质和波谱特征分离并鉴定化合物。结果:从九牛造根的丙酮提取物中分离鉴定出8个化合物,分别为大戟甾醇(eupholⅠ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethylfuraldehydeⅡ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterolⅢ)、β-胡萝卜苷(β-sitosterolglucosideⅣ)、3,3′,4-三甲基鞣花酸(3,3′,4-tri-o-methylellagic acidⅤ)、3,3′-二甲基鞣花酸(3,3′-di-methylellagicacidⅥ)、3,3′-二甲基鞣花酸-4′-β-D-木糖苷(3,3′-di-methylellagic acid-4′-o-β-dxylopyranosidⅦ)、没食子酸(gallicacidⅧ)。结论:所分离得到的化合物Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the constituents of the roots of Euphorbia hylonoma Hand. -Mazz. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by solvent extraction together with various chromatographic techniques, the structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from the acetone extracts of the roots of Euphorbia hylonoma Hand-Mazz., which were euphol(Ⅰ),5-hydroxymethylfuraldehyde(Ⅱ), β-sitosterol(Ⅲ ), β-sitosterol glucoside (Ⅳ), 3,3', 4-tri-o-methylellagic acid (Ⅴ), 3,3' tdi-o-methylellagic acid (Ⅵ), 3,3 '-di-o-methylellagic acid4'-o-β-dxylopyranosid (Ⅶ), gallic acid(Ⅷ). Conclusion: The compounds Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ were isolated from Euphorbia hylonoma Hand-Mazz. for the first time.
