摘　　要：通过介绍物流配送中心的概念、功能,分析阐述了物流配送中心的外部规划,包括选址、规模的设计,内部作业流程的规划以及信息系统的规划,确定其具体规划流程。最后基于物流配送中心基本构成要素,为物流配送中心管理提出了一些方法和措施。The conception and function of logistics distribution center were introduced. The external planning including site selection and scale panning, the internal work flow planning, and the information system planning of logistics distribution center were analyzed and the specific planning flow was determined. Based on the elements of logistics distribution center, some methods and countermeasures for the management were put forward.
