快干型氧化淀粉粘合剂的研制

摘　　要：以玉米淀粉为原料，采用氧化法，在对淀粉粘合剂粘度影响因素考察的基础上，运用正交设计，用L9（3）^4正交表安排实验，得到各因素对粘度影响的主次顺序，以及最佳工艺条件，并在此基础上，分别加入不同快干剂，研制出性能稳定、干燥速度快的淀粉粘合剂，以满足高速瓦楞纸板生产线的要求。Orthogonal design was employed to arrange experiments according to orthogonal layout L9 （3）4 by investigating each factor influencing the viscosity of corn starch adhesive using KMn04 as oxidation agent. The order of effectiveness of every factor influencing viscosity was found out and the optimal condition was determined. The quick drying adhesive was developed by adding different driers.
