摘  要:怀孕5~7d小鼠皮下注射0.075mg溴隐亭建立流产模型,于怀孕1~7d分别灌服蒸馏水、黄芩煎剂、黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素,至怀孕10d宰杀。结果显示,血清中IFN-γ含量,以黄芩煎剂组为最低,子宫匀浆中IFN-γ含量,以黄芩苷组为最低,与对照组比较差异极显著(P〈0.01);孕酮含量在血清及子宫匀浆中均以黄芩苷组为最高,与对照组差异显著(P〈0.05),各组间IL-10含量差异不显著。这一结果表明,黄芩成分对母体免疫功能有一定调节作用,其中黄芩苷可降低Th1型细胞因子含量,提高孕酮的含量,具有一定的保胎作用。Effects of ingredients of the Chinese herb Huang Qin (Scutellaria baicalensis georgi) on the maternal- fetal immunity was studied in the present paper. The miscarriage mouse model is set up by subcutaneous injection of 0. 075 mg bromocritine on day 5-7 of pregnancy. The model mice in different groups are administrated orally with distilled water, scutellaria decoction, baicalin, baicalein and wogonin respectively on days 1-7 of gestation. All the mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation on day 10 of gestation. The contents of IFN-7,IL-10 and pro- gesterone in serum and uterus lysate were detected through enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay(ELISA). The re- suits indicate that the contents of IFN-r in the scutellaria decoction group and the baicalin group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P〈0.01 ). The progesterone contents in serum and uterus lysate of baicalin treated group were higher than that in control group (P〈0.05). No significantly differences of IL-10 contents were found among each group. These results suggest that baicalin could affect the maternal-fetal immunity by decreasing the content of Thl cytokines and enhancing the content of progesterone to benefit the maternal pregnancy.
