摘  要:以TiO2为催化剂,用光催化氧化法处理制浆造纸废水,讨论了不同实验条件如焙烧温度、焙烧时间、催化剂用量、H2O2用量、光照时间及废水pH值等对废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明:在焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间2h,pH7-8,TiO2用量2.0g·L-1,H2O2量(体积分数)0.6%,光照时间4h的条件下,废水COD的去除率可达90%。A new method on treating wastewater of papermaking by means of photo-catalyzed oxidation TiO2 as the catalyst was introduced in this paper. To improve the influence of such experimental parameters as roasted temperature, roasted time, the amounts of catalyst and H2O2, radiant time and pH value, it was studied that the COD removal rate together with the optimum conditions such as the roasted temperature of TiO2 at 500℃, roasted time at 2h, the amount of TiO2 at 2.0g·L^-1 and H2O2 concentration at 0.6%(V/V), the initial pH value at 7.0-8.0, radiant time at 4h. The results showed that the COD removal rate of wastewater can reach 90% under the above conditions.
