摘　　要：美国干涉墨西哥1910年革命,美墨关系交恶,促使德国发出了意欲结盟墨西哥的《齐默尔曼电报》。此举客观上促使美国下决心放弃中立政策,促成了美国早日参加第一次世界大战的形势的成熟。Amerlca intervened Mexicol910 revolution, so the relation ship between America and Mexico exasperated,which urged Germany to send Arthur Zirnmermann telegram that it wanted to ally with Mexico. This prompted America to resolve to give up being neutral and it caused the ripe of the situation that America joined in World War I earlier.
