摘 要:用三叶木通[Akebia trifoliata(Thunb)Koidz]一年生实生苗,进行定植密度(X1)、施肥时期(X2)、施氮量(X3)、施磷量(X4)及施钾量(X5)五因素各五水平正交旋转组合设计试验,探讨三叶木通丰产栽培技术.结果表明,三叶木通定植密度、施氮量、施钾量及施磷量是影响三叶木通单位面积内茎及果实产量的显著或极显著因素;定植密度、施氮量、施钾量3个主效在[-2,2]内,茎长会随之增加而增加,氮、钾肥与密度互作对茎长的影响,当某一项为零水平取值以上时,三叶木通单位面积内茎长会随氮、钾施量增加而下降.通过模拟寻优计算表明,三叶木通最佳栽培密度为329~348株/(667 m2);最佳施肥期是2月9日、3月31日、5月20日,分别施萌芽、春梢、夏梢肥;纯氮、纯磷、纯钾最佳施量分别为(1.99~2.22)kg/(100 m2),(1.34~1.48)kg/(100 m2),(2.61~2.78)kg/(100 m2);最佳氮、磷、钾质量比是3∶2∶4.In order to prove up the high yield cultivation technique of Akebia trifoliata (Thunb) Koidz seedlings in HunanYongding, the experiment of orthogonal rotation combinations involved 5 factors at 5 levels were designed, including plant density(X1), fertilizer applying period(X2), nitrogen dosage(X3), phosphorous dosage (X4) and potassium dosage (X5). The results demonstrated that X1 ,X3 ,X4 and X5 had significant effects on the yields of Akebia trifoliata (Thunb) Koidz stem and fruit in unit area; inside the zones [ - 2, 2], the length ofAkebia trifoliate stem inceased with the increase of X1 ,X3 and X5. And there was a more obvious interaction effect between X1 ,X3 and X5 ,when one factor's value was above zero, yields decreased with the increase of X3 and X5 or X1. The results of optimum computing in simulation demonstrated that Akebia trifoliate's best plant density was 329 - 348 plants per 667 m^2; the best fertilizer applying period was on the 9th of February for bud fertilizer, the 31st of March for spring tip and the 20th of May for summer tip; the best ratio for nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium dosage were 1.99 - 2.22 kg/(100 m^2), 1.34 - 1.40 kg/(100 m^2), 2.61 - 2.78 kg/(100 m^2) respectively. Then, the best proportion for nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium was 3 : 2 : 4.
