摘　　要：阐明了网络性能管理在现代网络管理中的重要作用．介绍了当前网络管理系统的基本特点。结合网络管理和专家系统的特点，提出了一个基于专家决策的网络性能管理系统的设计方法．着重介绍了系统的几个重要的功能模块。最后总结了这种方法的优点及不足。The important function of the performance management and the common characteristic of the traditional network performance management is introduced. According to the knowledge of network management and expert systems, the performance management based on expert systems is designed.Several important function modules of it are specially introduced. Finally, summarizes the advantage and the disadvantage of this design.
