摘　　要：XML是树结构的文本文件，可以完整的保存故障树信息.本文时XML在故障树分析软件中的应用进行了研究，并试着给出了一个的XML构架和如何把故障树转化为XML文件。XML which is a file based on tree structure, can preserve the integrated information of fault tree. The article researches on the application of xml in development of FTA Software, tries to give a XML Schema for fault tree and shows how to translate a fault tree into a XML documents.
