摘　　要：通过对螺纹嵌件模具设计中存在问题的分析,提出了逆向思维的解决方法,设计出了弹性接触的模具结构,成功地解决了螺纹嵌件的问题。Through analyzing the problems in mold design of thread insert,proposed the solution of think invensely,designed mold structure with thread insert,successfully solved the problems of the thread insert.
