摘  要:以MgCl2.6H2O和Na2C2O4为反应物在表面活性剂存在的条件下低温水热反应制得纳米级前驱体MgC2O4.2H2O,经过热处理可制得MgO纳米晶。通过XRD研究了水热条件(时间、浓度等)以及灼烧条件(温度、时间)对产物的影响;通过TG-DTA、FTIR、TEM、SAEM和XRD表征,结果表明产物为粒径分布均匀、结晶良好、晶粒尺寸仅5nm左右的立方型MgO纳米晶。Cubic crystals of nanosized magnesium oxide were prepared by the lower-temperature hydrothermal method,using magnesium dichloride and sodium oxalate as rawmaterials in the exist of the surfactant and MgO nanocrystallites can be easily obtained by calcining the precursors. Effect to the size of the crystals of thermal treatment temperature , hydrothermal reaction time and concentration of rawmaterials had been studied by XRD. The as-prepared sample were characterized by TG-DTA, FTIR, TEM, SAEM and XRD. The results showed that the crystals are uniform and unabridged and the size of the crystals is about 5nm.
