摘　　要：目的应用神经内镜辅助手术治疗高血压脑出血,探讨微创血肿清除方法与最大程度的神经功能保护。方法63例高血压脑出血病人在神经内镜引导下清除血肿,血肿腔壁粘附止血纱后引流,辅助全面正规治疗。结果术后按日常生活能力(ADL)分级为Ⅰ级21例,Ⅱ级22例,Ⅲ级12例,Ⅳ级6例,Ⅴ级0例,死亡2例。结论神经内镜辅助微创手术是治疗高血压脑出血的安全有效方法,可显著改善脑出血后神经功能缺损程度。Objective To summarize the experience in treating 63 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with the aid of neuroendoscopy, and to explore the influence of microinvasive evacuation of hematoma on the protection of neurological function. Methods In 63 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the hematoma was evacuated with the aid of neuroendoscopy. The drainage and comprehensive regular therapy was performed after gauze was adhered to the cavity wall. Results According to the activities of daily living （ADL）, Ⅰ was 21 cases, Ⅱ 22 cases, Ⅲ 12 cases, Ⅳ 6 cases, Ⅴ 0 case, 2 died. Conclusion As a minimally invasive technique, neuroendoscopy is efficient and safe for the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. It can improve the defect of nerve functions following cerebral hemorrhage.
