摘  要:简要讨论了微波作用的基本原理及微波如何大大加快对样品消解速度。介绍了微波消解系统的组成及设备。比较了开口容器和密闭容器消解的特点。提出了建立微波消解方法的原则及根据。评述了微波消解技术在微量元素测定。The fundamental principle of microwave digestion technique and its reason to accelerate the degesting speed of the sample were briefly discussed. The equipment and the conponents of the microwave digestion system were introduced.The digesting characteristics of the open-atmospheric vessel and the hermetic-high pressure vessel were compared.The principle and the foundation to establish the digestion method were presented.The application and the recent advance of the microwave digestion technique were reviewed including the determination of trace element,the analysis of forms of metallic element and the auto-test microwave system.
