摘 要:柴达木盆地经历了复杂的形成演化过程。以往各种观点都认为柴北缘盆地属于叠合盆地。本研究从沉积构造和沉积岩相的角度对盆地演化的叠合特征进行了解析。研究结果表明,柴北缘盆地在古近纪由三条北西向凹陷带组成,具有多个沉积中心,平面上呈现左行雁列;在新近纪总体上呈北西-南东向宽槽状展布,附有局部小型凹陷。因此,认为柴北缘盆地在古近纪为非对称走滑拉分盆地,在新近纪为挤压坳陷盆地。The Qaidam Basin, with its complicated evolution history, was regarded as a muhiple basin in Tertiary by most researchers. In this paper, we have studied the basin evolution stages from the aspects of sedimentary tectonics and sedimentary phase. Our results indicate that the basin is comprised of three depressions with some sedimentary centers and is characterized by sinistral echelon during the Palaeogene. Thereafter the basin changes in general a wide trough with the strike NW-SE and is accompanied by some small depressions during the Neocene. Therefore, the authors consider that the basin was an asymmetrical strike-slip pull-apart basin in the Palaeogene but becomes a compressive depression basin in Neocene.
