摘 要:采用5种不同还原剂对涤纶织物化学镀银,借助SEM,EDX,XRD和XPS检测技术对镀层结构和表面形貌、成分进行分析,并对电磁波屏蔽性能进行测定。结果表明,蔗糖作还原剂的化学镀层与纤维结合牢固,镀层表面光滑、晶粒较小,因而电磁波屏蔽性能最好,其次为肼、酒石酸钾钠和甲醛镀银织物,而葡萄糖镀银织物因表面反应不完全而较差。随着镀层厚度的增加,电磁波屏蔽效能开始时增加明显,当厚度达到一定值后又趋于稳定。Electroless silver plating on polyester(PET) fabric was operated using AgNO3in the presence of different reducing agents in the lab respectively. The Ag-coated fabric was investigated by means of SEM, EDX, XRD and XPS and the electromagnetic shielding performance was also measured. The results showed that C12 H22O11 was the most suitable reducing agent inducing high quality coating structure and the crystal size was relatively small compared with H2 NNH2, KNaC4 H4 O6 and HCHO. As the chemical reaction was not carried out completely using C6 H22O6 on the surface, the shielding effectiveness (SE) was greatly influenced. The SE increased at first, and then reached to a certain level with mass gain rate.
