摘　　要：测量、判决、执行是切换的3个基本过程,其中测量是切换最根本的,最重要的依据来源。以下对TD_SCDMA系统切换的几个基本过程作了介绍,其中详细介绍了连接模式下的测量过程,并对接力切换整个流程作了描述。Measurement , Judge and Execute are the three elementary processes of hand-over, and among them, the measurement is the most fundamental and important source. This paper introduces these processes, describes especially the measurement in connected mode and the flow of the relay hand over.
