摘  要:目的了解南宁市售淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴的感染情况,为防治华支睾吸虫病提供科学依据。方法收集南宁市内4个城区的10处主要农贸市场中销售的常见淡水鱼,用直接压片镜检法和胃蛋白酶消化镜检法查找鱼肉中的囊蚴,进行分类、记数和分析。结果调查的7种淡水鱼(鲤鱼、银飘鱼、鲫鱼、鲢鱼、鲮鱼、鳙鱼、草鱼)样品中,压片法检查发现,南宁市售淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴的总感染率为9.41%,其中最高为鲤鱼23.30%(7/30),其次为银飘鱼13.30%(4/30)、鲫鱼10.00%(3/30)、鲢鱼和鳙鱼各5.00%(1/20)、鲮鱼和草鱼均为0%(0/20);消化法检查发现,上述7个鱼种均有华支睾吸虫囊蚴寄生,鱼肉中的华支睾吸虫囊蚴总感染度为9.89个/尾、0.14个/克,其中以鲤鱼肉最高,为17.56个/尾、0.65个/克,银飘鱼和鲫鱼次之,分别为16.93个/尾、0.24个/克和14.40个/尾、0.21个/克,其他鱼种相对较低。结论南宁市售的7种淡水鱼均有华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染,以鲤鱼的感染率、感染度为高,人生吃半生吃可被感染。Objective To investigate the infection of commercial freshwater fish with the encysted metacercarla of Clonorchis sinensis in Nanning, analyse the related prevalent factors and provide scientific basis for making effective control. Methods Samples were collected from of the commercial freshwater fishes in Nanning. The direct compression and artificial digestion method were used to examine the encysted metacercaria of Clonorchis Sinensis in freshwater fishes. The encysted metacercaria of Clonorchis Sinensis were classified, counted and analyzed as well. Results By the direct compression method, the totle positive rate was 9.41%. The highest positive rate was observed in Cypfinus carpio 23.3% (7/30), while Pseudolaubuca sinensis Bleeker in second 13.3% (4/30) and Carassius auratns the third 10% (3/ 30) .While detected by the artificial digestion method, the overall infection density was 9.89/case, 0.14/g, of which the infection density of Cypfinus carpio was the highest( 17.56/case, 0.65/g), compared with the lower infection density in Pseudolaubuca sinensis Bleeker ( 16.93/case, 0.24/g) and Carassius auratus( 14.40/ case, 0.21/ g), and even lower in other kinds of fish. Conclusion The commercial freshwater fish in Nanning were partly infected by the encysted metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis, of which Cypfinus carpio was infected badly. People may be infected by eating omophagia.
