摘  要:设计了一个热释电系数测试系统,用它来评价热释电材料的性能。系统基于动态电流法原理,由热释电样品加热、温度测量、升降温速度控制、热释电电流测量和测量数据处理5个部分构成。利用系统测得热释电材料样品的热释电系数峰值为1.98×10-7C/(cm2.℃),符合有关文献的报道,表明测试系统的性能良好。A test system of pyroelectric coefficient was designed to evaluate the performance of pyroelectric materials. This system basing on dynamic current method consists of five parts, they are the heating of pyroelectric samples, the temperature measurement, the speed control of rise or drop in temperature, the pyroelectric current measurement and the test data processing respectively. The pyroelectric coefficient of a pyroelectric material sample was measured by the system, and the peak value was 1.98×10^-7 C/(cm^2·℃ ). This result accords with the relevant literature very well. It shows that the test system has good performance.
