摘　　要：目的:研究正常成年男性与脂溢性脱发成年男性额部毛囊中角蛋白15(K15)含量有无差别。方法:取正常成年男性及脂溢性脱发成年男性额部头皮标本各10例,脱水,石蜡包埋,沿毛发纵轴方向切片,做K15免疫组化,每例标本随机选符合条件的1张免疫组化切片,在显微镜下计数K15阳性细胞计数,统计学分析两组K15表达有无差别。结果:两组共20例标本,选符合要求切片共20张。统计学分析表明两组毛囊中K15表达有显著差别(P<0．05)。结论:正常成年男性与脂溢性脱发成年男性额部毛囊K15表达有明显差别,且前者高于后者。Objective：To investigate the difference of hair follicle＇s Keratin 15 expression between normal adult man and alopecia man. Methods：20 specimens of adult man＇s frontal skin, 10 from normal adult man, 10 from adult androgenetic alopecia, all were processed and Keratinl5 immunohistochemistry and cell counting were made. Results： Immunohistoehemistry indicate that there was significant difference between two groups,and the expression of Keratinl5 in normal group was higher than those in alopecia group. Conclusion： Keratinl5 expression of normal adult maws frontal hair follicle is different from the alopecia＇s, and the former is higher than the latter.
