摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析2005年2月-2006年9月对12例腹股沟疝进行腹腔镜疝修补的临床资料。结果:无中转开放手术,无严重并发症,残留疝囊积液2例,随访3～20个月,复发1例。结论:腹腔镜疝修补术是一种安全、可靠的手术方法。Objective：To explore the clinical significance of laparoscopic repair for inguinal hernia. Methods：We analyzed 12 cases of inguinal hernia treated by laparoscopic repair from Feb. 2005 to Sep. 2006 in our hospital Results.. Operations were completed without conversion,without serious complication,hydrops of residual sac occurred in 2 cases. All cases were followed up for 3-20 months. There was 1 case of recurrence. Conclusion：Laparoscopic repair for inguinal hernia is a salty reliable operation.
