重组人生长激素对烧伤患者供皮区愈合的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人生长激素(rhGH)对烧伤患者供皮区愈合的作用。方法:第1部分将28例大面积烧伤患者,随机分为rhGH治疗组和对照组。rhGH组于切削痂手术后(供皮区为头皮)1 d开始每天皮下注射rhGH 9μ,共7 d,对照组未用药。第2部分将35例烧伤患者,随机分为rhGH治疗组和对照组,rhGH组于切削痂手术后(供皮区为大腿)1 d开始每天皮下注射rhGH 9μ,共10～15 d,对照组未用药。观察供皮区愈合时间。结果:rhGH组供皮区愈合时间明显优于对照组(P<0．01)。结论:烧伤病人早期应用rhGH,能加快供皮区愈合,利于反复多次供皮。Objective：To determine the effects of rhGH on the donor site of burn patients. Methods：Part A： 28 patients with severe burns were enrolled in this study. They were divided at random into two groups. The rhGH group patients were given rhGH subcutaneously in the dose of 9μ each afternoon for 7 days beginning from postoperation day 1 （the donor site is from the head）. The controlled group patients were given nothing. Part B：35 patinets with burns were enrolled in this study. They were divided at random into two groups. The rhGH group patients were given rhGH subcutaneously in the dose of 9μ each afternoon for 10-15 days beginning from postoperation day 1 （the donor site is from the thigh leg）. Healing time of donor site was recorded. Results： The healing time of donor site were significantly shortened in rhGH group compared with the conurol group（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion：The earlier application of rhGH in burn patients could shorten the time of donor site healing. The donor site can be used repeatly.
