摘  要:经研究发现,在稀盐酸介质中,溴酸钾氧化中性红能使其褪色。加入碘离子后,碘离子对该氧化褪色反应又有明显的催化作用。同时又研究了该催化褪色反应的动力学条件,包括酸度,试剂的用量,温度,时间对反应的影响,以及共存离子的干扰。从而建立了一种新的快速测定痕量碘的动力学光度法。该方法的线性范围为(0.02-0.08)μg/L,检出限为4×10-9g/L,回归方程,△A=0.0265C(μg/L)+0.024相关系数r=0.9995。该方法简便、灵敏、准确、选择性好,用于水及蔬菜中痕量碘的测定,均获得了令人满意的效果。It is discovered that in dilute hydrochloric acid medium, neutral red can be oxidized to discolor by potassium bromate. This oxidation discolor reaction can be catalyzed by adding iodine ion. The dynamic conditions for this discolor reaction is studied, including the effects of the acidity, amount of the reagent, temperature and time on reaction and the interference of the coexisting ion. So a novel instant determination method of trace iodine by catalytic dynamics spectrephotometry is set up. The linear range of this method is (0.02 - 0.08)μg / L , the detection limit is 4 × 10^-9g / L, the regression equation is △A = 0.0265C(μg/L) + 0. 024, and the correlation coefficient is r = 0. 9995. The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and good selectivity. For the determination of the trace iodine in water and vegetables, this method works well.
