摘  要:在实验室里进行了清洁状态下缩放管的传热性能实验,得出了缩放管管内强制对流换热关联式,并进行了缩放管与对应光管流动阻力和传热性能的对比实验,实验工质为加有MgO颗粒的人工硬水。结果表明,结垢对缩放管流动特性的影响不如对光管的影响大;缩放管不仅有较好的传热性能,还有较好的阻垢性能。Based on the results of heat transfer performance tests for clean water flowing inside the convergentdivergent tube, a dimensionless correlation for forced convection heat transfer inside the convergent-divergent tube is got. Moreover, the comparative experiments on the flow resistance and the heat transfer performance of the convergent-divergent tube and its corresponding plain tube were carried out. The experimental working fluid was the hardness water containing MgO particles. The experimental results show that fouling has less effect on the flow performance of the convergent-divergent tube than of the plane tube;the convergent-divergent tube has an advantage both in heat transfer performance and in anti-fouling ability over the plain tube.
