摘 要:羊草在自然条件下有性繁殖能力低下,种子产量少,严重制约了对其的人工利用。本文从羊草源库关系的角度出发,运用正交实验设计的方法结果研究表明,N、K肥和施肥时间能极显著的影响叶面积以及单穗籽实的重量,从而影响羊草的生殖分配(P<0.01),P肥虽对叶面积有极显著影响(P<0.01),但对生殖分配的影响只接近显著水平,早期施肥对提高羊草的叶面积、结实率、种子产量和生殖分配的影响更大,叶面积与羊草种群结实率和生殖分配相关系数分别为r=0.875和0.827,说明叶面积和结实率、种子产量、生殖分配三者的关系极为密切,叶面积严重地影响着结实率和种子产量等穗部数量性状的高低.In natural conditions, the Leymus chinensis only produces very small quantity of seeds thereby restrict to manipulated utility. The studied starts with the relations of source and pool in Leymus chinensis with orthogonal design, and the results shows that N,K and time had a great effect on the leaf area and each plump grain, so effect on the reproduction allocation of Leymus chinensis (P〈0. 01). P had a great effect on the leaf area (P〈0.01), but to the reproduction allocation hadn't significant on it. Early stage fertilizer had more significant effect on leaf, setting percentage, seeds yield and reproduction allocation than later. Correlation coefficient of leaf area and setting percentage, reproduction allocation are 0. 875 and 0, 827. It indicate the high contact among of the leaf area , seeds yield and reproduction allocation, leaf area influence of the setting percentage , seeds yield and other traits of number characters in Leymus chinensis.
